Are you in need of a new boiler installation or replacement? We are the place for you! From a planned boiler replacement to an emergency swap because of a breakdown, we can handle it as we are on hand to ensure that the process runs as smooth as possible this starts from the first contact, the quotation, the installation, and the commissioning. Below is some information about our boiler installation service and how the process goes.

The first process is the survey where one of our advisers will visit your home (socially distanced and wearing a mask) at a convenient time for you to discuss the requirements of your installation whilst answering any queries you may have. The detailed survey the adviser carries out will decide what the best product is for your property so you are able to gain the most out of our service and more importantly have the best suited boiler. Our adviser will give you information along the way, showing you all the different boiler models, warranties and how we will install the boiler for you.

After the survey process, we head to the quotation where after the information from the survey has been collected, we will send you a fixed quotation price which will be sent by either post or email. The fixed quotation price will detail every cost of the installation with an itemised list, the quotation price will be clearly listed and explained.

Moving on from the quotation we then go on to the installation process, here at Boosted we have Gas Safe registered installers who will always have their ID badges clearly displayed on them. We will ensure that you are made aware of the name of the installer and their Gas Safe registration when booking. Due to the Corona virus pandemic our installers will be maintaining a safe social distance whilst wearing a mask to keep you and our installers safe, they will also be extremely considerate of protecting your flooring and your property.

After your new boiler is now fitted the installer will give you information on how the boiler works and how to use it, we will also give you an information pack which will include all the manuals, the gas safe certificate and the warranty
