Our Installation Process:
Survey
Our adviser will visit your home at a convenient time to discuss your requirements and answer any questions you may have. They will then carry out a detailed survey of your
property to ensure you are receiving the best product that suits your home. We will then discuss all options available to you, including the boiler manufacturers and boiler models,
what warranties are available and then discuss the process of the installation itself.
Quotation
When all the information has been collaborated, we will send you a fixed price quotation, either by email or post within 24 hours of your survey.
This will consist of an itemised list of everything required and the cost. Everything will be clearly listed and explained as to its requirement.
We will be happy to answer any questions you may have with regards to this.
Installation
All our installers are Gas Safe registered. ID badges will be clearly displayed at all times and you will be advised of your installer's name and Gas Safe registration upon booking.
Our installers are all extremely considerate protecting your flooring and interiors on installation.
We will keep you fully informed throughout the installation on our progress and if you have any questions, just ask the installer.
Customer Handover
Once your new boiler has been installed and commissioned, the installer will provide you with a full explaination on how the boiler works and how to use the controls.
We will leave an information pack containing all the necessary manuals and details of your boiler, as well as your Gas Safe certificate and the warranty information.
First Service
All boilers need an annual service to validate their warranty cover.
