How does it work? 

We come to conduct an initial survey of your home. This allows us to see all the available possibilities you may be able to have. Including models of boilers, manufacturers, and warranty. 

Once we have the information we need, you will receive a fixed price quotation. (By email or by post) 

This will be an itemised list of everything as well as the costs. 

One of our Gas Safe registered engineers, with ID badges always displayed, will come to install your boiler. You will be notified of your installers name and Gas Safe 

registration before installation day. 

Our installers are considering in making sure your home stays clean. Dust mats and protective flooring covers will be placed, and we will keep you informed throughout the process. 

After installation we provide you will all the necessary information you need to manage your boiler. With an information pack containing all the manuals and details. As well as your warranty and Gas Safe certificate. 

What about your first service? 

Every year your boiler will need servicing. This helps to validate your warranty cover. 

Your first service will be free! 

You will receive a reminder once your service is due. So, leave the rest up to us.
